Account Deletion - Kruiswoordpuzzel (by Pineapps)

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Kruiswoordpuzzel app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to your Account screen.
3. Tap Account verwijderen (Delete account) and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, you may ask us to delete your account and Personal Data by contacting us at shai@pineapps.co.il from the email address linked to your account.
Your data will be deleted within 2 business days once verified.

The following data will be deleted:

• In-game user progress
• In-game coins
• Leaderboard scores
• User identifiers (user ID, name, email address, profile picture)

You may tell us whether you want to delete all of your account data or only specific in-game data from the list above. Deleting user identifiers requires deleting all account data.

Data that may be retained

Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat as required for accounting and legal purposes. Anonymous crash reports and analytics data are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically by their providers according to their retention settings.
